HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team.

This role will have accountability for creating and maintaining an amazing employee experience, including employee onboarding, processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle: onboarding/off-boarding process, career and personal development, performance management
  • Establish initiatives and work with managers in areas such as communications, employee engagement and retention
  • Wellness and happiness – build an annual welfare plan, oversee it, and be part of executing it
  • Recruitment – creating a recruiting plan and hiring processes
  • Managerial support - Work closely with managers to develop their capabilities to build and lead teams effectively
  • Build and Implement Learning and training organization program and development special projects (with assistance of HR management)
  • HR Data analysis – support in QBR preparation, update and maintain HR systems


Knowledge & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HRBP in a global technology companies – Must
  • Experience with developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Experience with conduction face to face HR interviews
  • Detail-oriented, team player, organized, Highly motivated, quick-learner, and able to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • People oriented person with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field required
  • Fluent English: both speaking and writing
